03 CRM Data

Your CRM Data

As part of our service, we build and manage a GoHighLevel CRM account on your behalf. The contacts, email sequences, automations, and other data housed inside your account belong to you. We act as a service provider operating that account under your direction.

We treat all contact data you provide, including names, email addresses, and relationship context submitted through the Connection Intake Form or other onboarding materials, with strict confidentiality. This data is used solely to build and manage your CRM system and is never shared with other clients or third parties.

GoHighLevel's own privacy policy governs how that platform stores and processes data at the infrastructure level. We encourage you to review GoHighLevel's privacy documentation at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

04 Third-Party Services

Platforms We Work With

We work with a limited set of third-party platforms to deliver our services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

  • GoHighLevel — CRM platform where your account is built and hosted
  • Stripe — Payment processing for setup fees and monthly retainers
  • Airtable — Internal operations tracking used by our team
  • ClickUp — Internal project and task management used by our team
  • Make (Integromat) — Automation workflows connecting our internal systems

We do not grant these platforms access to your personal data beyond what is necessary to operate our service. Your contact list and CRM data stay in your account and are never shared across client accounts.

05 Retention

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations. If you cancel your service, we will retain your records for a period consistent with standard business and tax recordkeeping requirements, generally seven years, after which they will be securely deleted.

If you would like to request earlier deletion of your personal information, please contact us at the address below. Certain records may be required to be retained by law regardless of your request.
