Do I need to pay for GoHighLevel separately?
No. GoHighLevel platform access is included in the $395 monthly retainer. Your account runs under The Slate Method's agency account. There is no separate GHL subscription.
What happens after the 3-month minimum?
The retainer continues month to month. There is no long-term contract after the initial 3 months. You can stay as long as you want.
What does the setup fee cover exactly?
Everything listed in the build section above: the account, the CRM architecture, the Welcome Series, three automations, two pages, a booking calendar, your contact import, DNS setup, and full testing before launch. It is a complete build, not a starter package.
Can I start with just the build and decide on the retainer later?
The build and the retainer go together. The system is built to be managed and the retainer is what keeps it running, including your monthly emails and platform access. The discovery call is the right place to talk through timing if you have questions.
I have a discount code. Where do I apply it?
At checkout when you pay the setup fee. The code adjusts the setup price. The monthly retainer stays at $395 regardless of the discount.
What if I want to make changes to my emails?
You will receive and email from your Customer Success Manager (CSM) with 4 emails each month (included in the retainer). You can adjust any emails in your active sequence for that month within 5 days of the email from your CSM. Additional changes beyond that are handled case by case.
